Estimated Arrival Time
Each pre order will have a stated ETA. This is an estimate and is NOT guaranteed. The stated ETA is the estimated delivery to Classic City Smocks. Please keep this in mind when choosing sizing for your order.
Due to the nature of this business, delays out of our control can occur. Classic City Smocks, LLC is not responsible for delays, not limited to shipping delays, which may have been caused by poor weather or an act of nature.

Shipping
Standard flat rate shipping is $8, which includes ground delivery. Expedited shipping is also available for an additional price. Classic City Smocks, LLC accepts no responsibility for packages once the carrier has shown acceptance. Should you encounter any shipping issues, please contact USPS/UPS to file a claim.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available Monday - Thursday from 9am - 4:30pm and Friday from 9am - 2pm at Baston Monuments in Elberton, Ga. 
Local pickup is available Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm at Blush Hair Studio in Hartwell, Ga. 
These businesses have generously provided this service for us, please help me respect their time and space by picking up your order in a timely manner. Once an item has been dropped off for pickup, the customer assumes liability.

Refunds
All sales are considered FINAL. Orders can not be canceled once the invoice has been paid.

Exchanges + Returns
Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After 5 days of delivery and/or being marked as delivered or available for pickup by the carrier, items are no longer eligible for exchange or store credit.

Items cannot be returned without original packaging and tags intact, no exceptions. Store credit will be issued upon inspection. After email correspondence, if there is a manufacturer issue noted by our staff, the customer will have 7 business days to provide tracking for the affected item. The item MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original plastic packaging with tags attached.

Paid return labels are issued only for items with manufacturer defects. Shipping for any other issues outside of this will be at the expense of the customer. If the customer fails to provide tracking for the defective item within 7 business days, the item will no longer be eligible for exchange or credit.

Sizing Charts are available in our group page in the albums. All items are handmade and may vary slightly. Measurements are approximate. Woven: ½’ variance. Knit: ¾’ Variance

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is manufacturer error. (Ex: spelled incorrect or wrong size) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Holiday or Birthday Specific orders that are delayed beyond a reasonable wear date will be exchanged for store credit.
